1.      We are very glad to inform you that we have completed any necessary arrangements for your order No. 9901/1/5 for 50 case of “Silverline” cutlery, and it is now awaiting loading onto the ship which sails for Rottendam

2.      Your order No. 67/12 is at present executed and shall be ready for dispatch next week.

3.      We are glad to supply you with 60 tons, 30 MT for the first shipment and the rest 30MT for the second. We will notify you when we have received the notice of the first shipment.

4.      We are highly surprised and regret that your order (No. B145) has not reached you. According to our information, we are acknowledged that it is still delayed as a result of local dispute on the Hamburg cargo vessel. We are now moving heaven and earth to have the consignment transferred to MS Samoa which will sails for Yokohama before the end of next week. However, we will keep you update all the time.

5.      We are writing to inform you that the delivery will be delayed for 3 weeks. Owing to the fire at Greenford factory, most equipment has been damaged. Your order, however, has been transferred to our Slough factory and will be processed here. We very much regret this delay over which we have no control.

6.      We regret to advise you of the delay in our delivery. This unexpected situation has occurred due to an supply interruption in Gara, where the civil war suddenly broke out last week. We have contacted our possible supplier in Lagos and he will inform us whether he can support our delivery or not. It is quite understandable if you want to cancel your order, but we think most of suppliers at present similarly bear the tough situation.  

7.       We much regret that these items are running out of stock now. It would take us at least 6 weeks to make next delivery. Meanwhile, please feel free to contact us if you are still interested in our products.

8.      Thank you for your order for our work-wear overalls. However, we regret that we have no stock of the overalls made from thick cotton as you requested. For you only specially required this kind of cotton, we therefore cannot provide you with substitutes, but we would advise you immediately when our new stocks arrive in 2 months.

9.      We would like to acknowledge with thanks our receipt of your order for our electricity generator ACN. However, we regret that we cannot fulfill your order owing to a strike at ACN plant, and we know that other models cannot meet your requirements. We do hope the conflicts will come to an end soon in order that we can make delivery to you. You may rest assure that we would advise you of the up-to-date situation.

10. We have never suggested the conditions of quarterly payment to first orders, even to such customers who provide us with financial references. However, the payment method could be reviewed until we have established a trade relation.

We would like to confirm our receipt of your letter of 14 June together with the orders No C197 and No C.497. We thank you a lot for that. The order No C. 497 has been added to your order No C.455 for the service of Christmas Holiday which is urgently being handled to make immediate delivery. We regret our inability to supply you with “PRINCE” champagne flute glasses but we would send you the “Royal” replacement marked on your order.  

We are very happy to know that you are very successful in selling our glass items. We would like to send you all our warmest congratulations for increasing sales with us, we hope that the business will grow much more in regard to our mutual benefits in years to come.

The price should be understood to be CIF Saigon including packing

5.      Delivery: in 2 shipments        The first: 10 units in August 2011

8.      Payment: in USD by Irrevocable L/C, opened at VIETCOMBANK Hochiminh Branch, 15 days prior to the first shipment, to the account at Tokyo Commercial Bank in the seller’s favor for the full value of the goods to be delivered, which mentions partial shipment is allowed, against the following payment documents:

-         Commercial Invoice (3)

-         Packing list               (3)

-         Quality Certificate    (1 )

-         Insurance Policy       (1 )

9.      Technical Documents: 2 sets of technical drawings, 2 sets of instructions for assembly, operation and maintenance in English will be shipped with the goods. One another is to be airmailed to the buyer not later than 30 August 2011

10. Guarantee: 12 months from dispatch, 6 months from use. This warranty does not apply to any defect caused by users.
