Your first consignment of multi-purpose tractor CT860 sold well at the begining of the week. So, we would like to place a firm order as the following conditions:

2.      Quantity: 30 units

3.      Specifications: as per catalogue No. 4/88 and the technical explanation ( sent with your offer No. 4567 dated Mar 2^nd 2011)

4.      Price:  Unit price: 2200 USD/ unit.

The price is C.I.F.Saigon Port, HCMC including packing.

Total value: 66000 USD

5.      Delivery: The delivery should to be made into 2 shipments. The first is 10 units in August 2011. The second is 20 units in December 2011

6.      Packing: in export customary, suitable for long-sea voyage

7.      Marking: is required to made on both opposite sides of each bag in discoloured ink, font size must not be smaller than 5cm, as follow:

Commercial invoice ( 3 copies)

Original B/L (1 copy)

Packing list (3 copies)

Certificate of quality (1copies)

Insurance Policy ( 1 copy)

9.      Technical documents: 2 sets of technical drawing, 2 sets of  introducing document of installation, operation, maintance in Englishby will be shipped with the goods by sea. Another set will be shipped by air for buyer not later than Aug 30 2011.

10. Warranty: will be 12 months from despatch, 6 months from use. The warranty is not applied to the damage caused by buyers.

V – E TRANSLATION

1. We are very glad to inform you that we have finished your order No. 9901/1/5 of 50 boxes of knife fork “ Silver line”, and now we arrange to ship them to Rotterdam

2. The order No 6712/1 are now underway and will be ready to be despatched next week.

3. We are very glad to supply 60 tons, the first shipment is 30 tons and . We will announce more after we receive shipment notice of 30 first ton order

4. We are very suprise and regret to know that your goods didn't reach you. As our investigation shows,we realize that it has been delayed because of the internal dispute in the loaded Hamburg ship. We are currently trying to transfer the goods to the Samoa ship that will sail for Yokohama before the end of next week. However, we will keep informing you.

5. I’m writing to let you know that the goods will be delivered 3 weeks late. Because of the fire in the Greenford factory, most of  the machines are broken. However, your order has been transfer to our Slough factory and will be handled there. I’m sorry for this lateness as the situation is out of our control.

6. We are sorry for informing you about our delivery delay. This happened as a result of interruption of the goods supply in Gara where the Civil war unexpectedly broke out last week. We have talked to the possible supplier in Lagos and he would let us know whether he could help us or not. If you want, you might cancel the order. However, you can see clearly that it is common for most of the manufacturers at present to be also in such difficult situation.

7. We are in regret that this kind of goods is out of stock and it will take us at least 6 weeks to deliver next time, then please contact with us.

8. We thank you for your order of overalls for the hard labor workers. It is regretful that we run out of the kind of thick cotton labor overalls which you requested. Because of your special request for this sort of cotton, we find it impossible to use the alternative. But we will inform you as soon as we receive the new lot of goods in 2 months.

9. We have received your order of the generator ACN today. But it is regretful that because of the strike in ACN factory, it is impossible for us to fulfill that order and we totally understand that any other kinds will not meet your need. We much hope that the strike will be settled early in order that we can continue supplying the goods for you. You can believe that we will make further notice of the progress to you.

10. We have never offered any quarterly payment terms and conditions for the first order, even for the customers providing us with the financial references. However, we can take the consideration of the next payment modality when we have built trade relations.
