Dear Sir,

We thank for sending us your catalogue and sample along with quotation  dated 13^th June and have pleasure in placing our order on the following terms and conditions:

1.      Commodity: Vacuum Cleaner KS20A.

2.       Quality: as per attached catalogue.

3.      Quantity: 2500 pieces.

4.      Price: We accept the quoted price, however we could appreciate if you can discount 6% for the first order in which we place an order over 2000 pieces.

5.      Payment: Payment shall be made by irrecovable L/C at 8 months sight to be opened to the account of Vietcombank in seller’s favour because this product is quite new on the market, thus we need time to consume.

6.      Delivery: in November, 2010.

We are ready to sign a consumption agency contract with your company if this first order is saleable on the market in order to boost this product’s consumption on Vietnam land because Hoa Nam has a wide range of stores in most of the big cities in Vietnam.
