Dear sir

We thank you for sending us your catalogue and sample together with the quotation and are pleased to place an order on the following terms and conditions:

1.Commodity: vacuum cleaner

2.Quality and specifications : as per attached specification and designs.

3.Quantity: 3000 (three thousand) units

4.Price: We can accept the quoted price. However, because this is our first order with you, we hope that you would offer us a discount of 6% for orders over 2000 units.

5.Delivery:3000 units in july,2011

6.Payment: should be made by irrevocable L/C at 8 months sight because this is a new  kind of product in the market so we need time to sell it.

7.Packing and marking : to be packed in metal case.

8.Insurance : the goods are required to be insured under Marine All Risks Terms from warehouse Osaka to warehouse Vietnam. The insurance is to be effected with a first class Japanese or foreign insurance company.

Please confirm your acceptance of this order. This acceptance should arrive no later than 15 days after the date of this order.

If the product sells well, we are willing to sign an agency contract with you to promote  the consumption of this product in VietNamese market because Hoa Nam has branches in  most of the large cities in Viet Nam.
