We would like to thank you for catalogue and sample with quotation and are pleased to place an order under the terms and conditions as follows:
1) Commodity: Vacuum Cleaner KS20A, Sankey
2) Quantity: 2000
3) Price:  The price quoted in your letter is acceptable to us. However we would expect a discount of 6% for orders over 2000 units because this is our first order.
4) Payment:  As this line is new to the market, it would take enough time to find its selling position. Therefore a 8 month L/C sight would be suitable for us.
5) Technical documents: Two sets of technical documents will be sent to us for translation purposes not later than…
6) Guarantee: 1 year upon delivery date

If the products can sell well, we will be willing to establish a sales agency contract with Sankey to promote consumption of this product as we already have a wide network of stores in the biggest cities of Vietnam.
