The order No. C.497 has been added to the order No. C.455 used for Christian Christmast, and we are working hard completing the order to meet the delivery date.

We regret to inform you that we can hardly find way to supply you with the “prince” champagne glasses, instead we would send you the “Royal” model as alternative which had been marked in your order.

We are pleased to know that you have found our glasses a ready sale. We would like to send our warmest congratulations to your increasing sales, and we do hope that we could strengthen our business association concerning our benefits within the next year.

We are very pleased to inform you that the first consignment of your multiprupose tractor has sold well in our market in the first week, and that we would like to place a firm order on the following terms and conditions:

3. Specification: as per catologue No 4/88 and the technical drawing ( enclosed together with your firm No 4567 dated 2^nd March 2011 )
4. Price:  2200 USD/ unit, the price quoted CIF, Sai Gon Port, HCM City, subject to Incoterms 2000, including packing.

Total price : 66 000 USD

5. Delivery: in 2 lots, the first 10-unit lot is to be shipped in August 20… the second is in September 20…
6. Packing: shall be in conformity with customary export cases, suitable for long sea voyage
7. Marking: Each package is written on both opposite side by discolour ink, the letter is not smaller than 5cm, as follows:

8. Payment: is to be made in US Dollar, by irrevocable L/C, to be opened through Vietcombank, 15 days prior to the shipment, to the account of Tokyo Commercial Bank , in the seller’s favor for the total value of the goods to be shipped. Partial shipment is allowed, against following documents:

Original Bill of Lading ( 1 )

Packing List ( 3 )

Certificate of quality ( 1 )

Insurance Policy ( 1 )

9. Technical document : 2 sets of Technical Drawing, 2 sets of assembling, operation, maintainance instruction in English will be shipped with the goods by sea voyage, the other set will be airmailed to the buyer not later than 30^th August
10. Guarantee: 12 months from despatch, 6 month from commencement of operation. This guarantee doesn’t apply to those defects caused by users

1. We are pleased to inform that we have already made up your order, No 9901/1/5 for 50 boxes of “silverline” cutlery, and are now making arrangements for shipment to Rotterdam.

2. Your order, No 6712/1 is now being carried out and should be ready for despatch by next week.

3. We are pleased to supply you 60 tons . The first shipment is 30 tons and the next time is 30 tons. We would inform further information to you after we receive the advice of dispatch of the first shipment.

4. I was surprised and sorry to hear that your consignment( Order No B145) had not reached you. On enquiry I found that it had been delayed by a local dispute on the cargo vessel SS Hamburg on which it had been loaded. I am now trying to get the goods transferred to the SS Samoa which should sail for Yokohama before the end of next week. However, I shall keep you informed.

5. I am writing to tell you that there will be a three-week delay in delivery. This is due to a fire at our Greenford works which destroyed most of machinery. However, your oder has been transferred to our Slough factory and is being processed there. I apologize for the delay which was due to circumstances beyond our control.

6. We regret to inform you that there will be a delay in delivery. This is due to the cut in supplies from Gara where civil war suddenly broke out last week. We have contacted a possible supplier in Lagos and he will let us know if he can help us. If you want to cancel your order, you may, but I think you will find most manufacturers are experiencing the same difficulties at present.

7. We are sorry to say that we are completely out of stock of this item and it will be at least six weeks before we get our next delivery, but please contact us then.

8. Thank you for your order foe heavy-duty industrial overalls. Unfortunately we have run out of the strengthened denim style you asked for. As you have particularly requested only this material, we will not offer a substitute, but hope we will get delivery of a new consignment within the next two months.

9. We received your order for ACN dynamos today, but regret that due to a strike at the CAN factory we are unable to fulfill the order. And we realize that other models will not suit your requirements. Hopefully the dispute will be settled soon so that we will be able to supply you. You can rely on us to keep you informed of the developments.

10. We never offer quarterly terms on initial orders, even to customers who can provide financial references. However, we might reconsider this sort of credit once we have established a trading relationship.
