Dear Sirs,
We thank you for your offer (ref no.), enclosing a catalogue, samples and quotation, and have pleasure in placing our order on the following terms and conditions:
1. Commodity: Vacuum Cleaner, Model KS20A
2. Quality and Specifications: In conformity with Seller’s Technical Drawing attached in your offer.
3. Quantity: 3000 units.
4. Price: as per price quoted in your quotation, and all the prices should be understood CIF Saigon port including packing. As this is our first order with you, we would expect a 6% discount for orders over 2000 units.
5. Delivery: to be made in 2 shipments. The first one of 1000 units is to be effected in… and the second one is to be effected in…
6. Parking and Marking: in export packing in conformity with the accepted standards.
7. Payment: is to be made by irrevocable L/C at 8 months sight, as it takes us time to sell a new kind of machines like this in the market, to be opened in favor of the seller to the account of Osaka Bank and confirmed by Vietcombank, HCMC, 15 days prior to the first shipment and valid for 45 days, which mentioned partial shipment is allowed.
8. Insurance: the goods are required to be insured under Marine All Risks terms from warehouse Osaka to warehouse Saigon.
9. Technical documents: are required to be made in 3 sets. One set is to be airmailed to the buyer earlier for translation purpose; the others will be shipped with the goods.
10. Guarantee: within 6 months after commencement of operation or 12 months after despatch.
Please confirm your acceptance of this order and such acceptance should arrive not later than 14 days after the date of this order. If this order is a ready sale, we will be very happy to become your agency to promote this kind of machines in Vietnam as our company has a nationwide network of stores.
