7.We look forward receiving your acceptance/delivery notice by mail.

8.Please confirm your acceptance for this order ,and such acceptance should arrive no later than ... days after the date of this order.

Dear Sirs,
We thank you for your letter of 27th April,enclosing a catalogue, samples and quotation of your range of vacuum cleaners.

We are very interested om the different types of vacuum cleaners you offer and have decided to place an order on the following terms and conditions:

1.Commodity : Sanley Vacuum cleaner, model KS20A ,brand new

2.Quality and specification : as per attached technical documents

3.Quantity : 2500 pieces

4.Price:

We have decided to accept the 6% quantity discount you offer for this first order of 2500 pieces,but would like these terms to be reviewed in the near future. Hereafter is the specific price

Prices should be understood as CIF Sai Gon Port including packing in seaworthy wooden cases

            : USD 250 each,

Total value       : USD 62500

           

5.Shipment : in one lot in 5^th May

6.Payment:

Because this product is quite new in our market,it will take a certain time for the products to be sold out .We therefore would like to make this payment by irrevocable L/C at 8 months sight. We would be very appreciated if you would understand and accept it.

7.Guarantee:

Within 6 months after commencement of operation or 12 months after despatch .

If this first consignment could make a sale in the market, we would be willing to become your official agent .With our widespread branches in almost every big cities in Vietnam, product consumption will be boosted  quickly in this potential market.
