A.    Vietnamese – English translation:
1. We are very pleased to inform you that we had completed your order number 9901/1/5 for 50 crates of “Silverline” cutlery, and have arranged loading to Rotterdam.

2. The order number 6712/1 is being processed now and ready to be sent next week.

3. We are pleased to supply you 60 tons, which is 30 tons for the first shipment and 30 tons for the second. We will inform you more after we receive an advice of dispatch of the first 30 tons order.

4. We were surprised and sorry to hear that your goods (order No. B145) haven't reached you yet. Under exploration, we know that the delay was due to local disputes over cargo ships loaded onto Hamburg. At presence, we are trying to move your goods onto Samoa which will
depart before this weekend. However, we will continue inform you any news we get.

5. I am writing to inform you that the goods will be delivered 3 weeks later than we have decided. Because of a fire at our factory in Greenford, most of the machines were damaged. However, your order has been forwarded to our factory in Slough and will be fulfilled there. I am sorry for this delay because the situation was uncontrollable.
6. We are sorry to inform you about a delay in delivery. This was caused because the goods supply was interrupted in Gara, where the civil war unexpectedly broke out last week. We have contacted our possible supplier in Lagos and he would let us know if he can help us. You can cancel your order as you please, but we think you can see clearly that most manufacturers are facing the same difficult situation.
7.  We are sorry to inform you that this kind of goods is out of stock at the moment and it will take us at least 6 weeks to deliver the next order. Please contact us at that time.
8.      We would like to thanks for your order for the overalls which are suitable for manual labor.  Unfortunately, the kind of thick cotton overalls which you required are now out of stocks. Because you are just mention in this kind, we understand that we cannot satisfy you by replacing another line of product. However, we will inform you intermediately after our new arrival in the next 2 months
9.      Today, we have received your order for Electronic Generator ACN. However, because of a strike at ACN factory, we regret our inability to handle your order. We also understand that the other kinds of Electronic Generator are not suitable for your requirements. We hope the trike will be solved as soon as possible, so that we can supply for you. We would continuously send you our notice so that you could understand the situation.
10.  We are sorry that we cannot see our way to accept quarterly payment term for the first orders, even when customer can demonstrate their financial capability. However, we would be prepared to reconsider this one we have established a firm trading relationship with you.

We have some comments:

Translation:
1. that we had completed => have completed
4. we will continue inform => informing/to inform
8. Because you are just mention => you have just mentioned (or change it based on your idea)

Letter 3:
- No CT860 => model CT860
- from the beginning => within the beginning of the week of its arrival
- delivery to be made in 2 lots => 2 shipments

However, the mistakes mentioned above are small and can be neglected. We agree with your group about the overall content of the exercises.
You guys did it excellent. Hehe.
